A Long Weekend Sunday Stacation (originally written Aug 6)

Ah, Sunday on a long weekend. That day in the middle that is kind of non-descript. Aside from church, it is a perfect day for trying new things like that recipe for Cherry Clafoutis that looked so delicious and so impossible to do. Well guess what, on a long weekend it is not impossible and it is delicious.

In the coming weeks, during the dog days of summer, I am going to share my novice cooking and baking efforts. 

I will provide recipes and tips if possible.
