Not only the French but Nancy Garnham as well. In my last Chapter about Jasper I forgot to mention the amazing meals we had that were prepared by Nancy Garnham.
She and her husband Chris operate tourist accommodation and she serves her guests breakfast. She is able to do this and work full-time because she is an accomplished cook/chef.
I mentioned that she and her husband Chris were generous in hosting us and that generosity included some mighty fine meals. Here is an example of the breakfast that she served.
