Bangers and Mash Rolls in Filo Pastry

I’m back today to share a great suggestion for a twist on a British staple – Bangers and Mash.

I made this in about 30 minutes and it is surprisingly easy. Go ahead… try it!

I started with beef sausages made by a friend. I added mashed potatoes, then wrapped it all in filo pastry. (You can buy the pastry in the frozen food section of your supermarket.)
